Over 100 years ago, Trattoria Tre Colli opened its doors to serve the ancient market town of Montechiaro as a locanda with stables. It was run by the Pastrone  family until the 1990’s.
Today’s hosts are the Gavello family ,who have revitalized the original kitchen ,while maintaining the characteristic ambiance of the dining rooms, and the strong gastronomic traditions of the Basso Monferrato area.
The warm,rustic dining rooms and salon,are place to enjoy authentic Piemontese cooking and local wines. In the summer, one can also be served outside under panoramic pergola.
